The process of long-term potentiation has a significant role in learning and new memory formation; the strong and weak memory depends on the synaptic communication network strength. Strong synaptic links have a high probability of storing new information and correct recall. Various factors have been investigated, which have contributed to retaining more information and recall after a long time.
