The study tested three hypotheses and provided answers to three research questions. The research instrument used was researcher-made questionnaire. Data were analysed using frequency distribution, simple percentages, mean and chi-square statistics. The results revealed that instructional materials are available in the senior secondary schools for teaching and learning; teachers use instructional materials during teaching and learning; students are interested in the use of instructional materials to learn during teaching and learning process. Based on the findings, it was recommended among others that government should continue to make provision for instructional materials in secondary schools to improve teaching and learning process.
